By attending any Knky Rabbit Club event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. Entry constitutes legally binding acceptance of this agreement:
1. Eligibility: I/we certify that I am/we are 21 years of age or older and legally competent to attend the event.
2. Private Experience: I/we understand KNKY Rabbit Club is a private, members-only immersive event. It is not open to the public and does not offer or facilitate sexual services of any kind. All participation is voluntary and self-directed.
3. Assumption of Risk: I/we voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including injury, illness, or property loss. I/we release KNKY Rabbit Club and its affiliates from all liability, including those arising from negligence.
4. Health & Safety: I/we understand the risk of exposure to COVID-19, Monkeypox, or other illnesses. I/we assume all associated risks and hold KNKY Rabbit Club harmless.
5. Conduct & Rules: I/we agree to follow all club rules listed at knkyrabbitclub.com/rules. I/we understand that violation of these rules may result in removal or ban without refund.
6. Entry & Alcohol Policy: Entry is by private invitation only. No alcohol is sold. Any refreshments provided are complimentary and offered at the host’s discretion. No part of any contribution is payment for services, entertainment, or beverages.
7. I understand that alcoholic beverages may be served at KNKY Rabbit Club events. I affirm that I am 21 years of age or older, will consume responsibly, and take full responsibility for my behavior and its consequences. I release KNKY Rabbit Club, its affiliates, staff, and venue partners from any liability related to my consumption of alcohol or resulting actions by me or others.
8. Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. I/we waive the right to a court or jury trial.
9. No Refunds: I/we acknowledge that all contributions are final and non-refundable, including cases of denied entry or removal for conduct violations.
