A Private New Year’s Eve Gathering

On December 31st, 2025, a private New Year’s Eve gathering takes place in the hills of Los Angeles, designed to be the most memorable night in the city.

For the first time, Xenii and KNKY Rabbit join forces to host a rare, provocative, and immersive New Year’s Eve experience. Two distinct worlds come together for one night to create a gathering defined by intention, atmosphere, and the people in the room.

Xenii opens its doors again for the first time in 20 years, LA’s first elite mobile private membership community of this modern era, hosted by its visionary founder Michael Sutton, welcoming a very select group and offering a glimpse into future gatherings beginning this year.

A tightly curated guest list, layered environments, and carefully selected house music and performances come together in a location revealed only to approved guests.

Attendance is by approval only.

This is a Black tie event.

There are no guest lists and no walk ins.

Every individual must apply to be considered for attendance and to receive access to the ticket sale.

Couples may apply together. Each application is reviewed individually.
